WWE Hall of Famer and legendary announcer Jim Ross has a unique point-of-view as a long-time member of the wrestling world and a combat sports enthusiast. Speaking with MMAjunkie Radio, Ross gave his thoughts on the UFC’s initial decision to sign Punk despite his complete lack of experience in MMA. “I don’t want to say it was a publicity stunt, because that would be inaccurate, but I thought it had a lot of publicity stunt elements to it,” Ross said.
