Marlon Moraes (14-4-1) was considerably outsized by Cody Bollinger (16-3) in the WSOF 13 main event, but that didn’t stop the organization’s bantamweight champion from scoring a second-round submission in the non-title headliner. Moraes’ original scheduled opponent Josh Hill fell out of the planned main event less than two weeks out from the fight, which allowed Bollinger to step in on short notice. Bollinger, who typically fights at featherweight, forced the headliner to be changed into a non-title catchweight bout, giving him a big weight advantage. Despite being undersized, Moraes got the better of Bollinger on the feet and the ground before securing a rear-naked choke in the second round of the NBC Sports Network-televised fight card from Sands Bethlehem Event Center in Bethlehem, Penn.
