Jessica Penne will return to action in October. Vlismas has been forced out of UFC Fight Night 211 due to personal reasons and Penne (14-6 MMA, 3-4 UFC) will step in to face Tabatha Ricci (7-1, 2-1 UFC) on Oct. 1 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Two people with knowledge of the matchup recently informed MMA Junkie of the replacement but asked to remain anonymous since the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.
