Bobby Lashley Outside the cage, Bellator heavyweights Bobby Lashley and Kevin “ Kimbo Slice ” Ferguson share a relationship, one that’s cordial, but not necessarily close. Still, it makes at least one of them a little uncomfortable when it comes to the prospect of a fight. “You guys are really pushing this really hard,” he told MMAjunkie with a tense laugh during an interview this past week, two days before a report stated Slice will headline a Feb. 19 event at Houston’s Toyota Center. Right now, Lashley’s (13-2 MMA, 3-0 BMMA) mind is focused on another matter, his fight Friday with James Thompson (20-14 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) at Bellator 145, which takes place at St. Louis’ Scottrade Center and airs live on Spike.
