Jessica Eye Although a lot of people are wondering whether Ronda Rousey can be beaten, UFC President Dana White said there’s no shortage of women willing to try. The exec said he was hounded by women’s bantamweight standouts Jessica Eye (11-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) and Bethe Correia (9-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) backstage at this past Saturday’s UFC 184 event at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. “(Correia) came up and said, ‘I want to go into the octagon after Ronda fights, and I want to get in her face,’ and ‘I want to fight Ronda, I want to fight Ronda,’” White told MMAjunkie during the event. That was before Rousey (11-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC), the UFC women’s bantamweight champion, submitted Cat Zingano (9-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) in 14 seconds to notch her fifth title defense, inviting comparisons to a prime Mike Tyson .
