Frank Lester hasn’t fought in four and a half years, but his battle with Jon Jones is turning out to be the biggest of his career. Lester, who fought on Season 9 of “The Ultimate Fighter” and had one fight in the UFC in 2009, has been a coach in recent years. Earlier this year, he helped UFC light heavyweight champion Jones prepare for title fights against Anthony Smith and Thiago Santos.
