Given the short-notice circumstances under which Max Holloway took Saturday’s UFC 223 headliner, it’s understandable if there wasn’t time to arrange more secluded treadmill options. Holloway (19-3 MMA, 15-3 UFC) stepped in on six days’ notice when Tony Ferguson (23-3 MMA, 13-1 UFC) pulled out with an injury and will meet Khabib Nurmagomedov (25-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) for the lightweight title in the UFC 223 main event. If he’s successful – and for the record, he’s a big underdog – Holloway will be just the second fighter to hold two titles simultaneously in UFC history.
