Although his appearance before the NSAC was for “informational purposes,” the commission is expected to file a formal complaint against Silva in the near future. “With that information, I will move forward with the Executive Director and determine how we will file this complaint,” said Commission Chairman Francisco Aguilar on Tuesday .
