Alexa Grasso looked good in her first UFC headliner this past Saturday as she earned an impressive unanimous decision win over Viviane Araujo at UFC Fight Night 212 . The result means Grasso, 29, is on a four-fight winning streak since moving up to the women’s flyweight division in August 2020, making her a prime candidate to challenge champion Valentina Shevchenko . Grasso, who has six years and 10 fights of UFC experience, said afterward that she would prefer one more headlining act before taking a shot at Shevchenko, who’s been nearly untouchable during her title reign. Is that the right play, or should Grasso challenge Shevchenko now?
