UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has suffered a cut above his left eye with about two months left before his UFC 178 title defense against Daniel Cormier. “Bones” revealed the cut on Thursday, posting a video on his official Instagram account that showed him receiving a number of stitches to patch up the wound. He did not state how or when the cut was sustained. Jones (20-1 MMA, 14-1 UFC) meets Cormier (15-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) in the main event of UFC 178 on Sept. 27 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
