The closest we got to a potential return for Conor McGregor was the UFC 303 main event booking against Michael Chandler this past summer. And, well, as we now know, that wasn’t meant to be. Then last week Chandler moved on to a different fight , accepting a rematch with Charles Oliveira at UFC 309.
