McGregor (16-2 MMA, 4-0 UFC), who recently defeated fellow featherweight contender Dustin Poirier (16-4 MMA, 8-3 UFC) at UFC 178, has clearly won over his bosses while also polarizing fans. In fact, UFC President Dana White recently declared the Irishman the company’s biggest star – bigger than even former champs Brock Lesnar and Georges St-Pierre. But is he champion material? We asked some fighters prior to their bouts this past week.
