But today, the former welterweight champion was right on the money for his UFC Fight Night 82 main event against Stephen Thompson (11-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC). Hendricks (17-3 MMA, 12-3 UFC) managed his weight during his training camp in part thanks to nutritionist Louis Giordano and came in at 170 pounds on the button. In addition, the co-main event fighters didn’t have to worry about making weight – well, much, anyway. Heavyweights Roy Nelson (20-12 MMA, 7-8 UFC) and Jared Rosholt (14-2 MMA, 6-1 UFC) took to the scale, as well
