Tate served as the grand marshall for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race in Brooklyn, Mich. Tate (18-5 MMA, 5-2 UFC), who meets challenger Amanda Nunes (11-4 MMA, 4-1 UFC) on UFC 200’s pay-per-view main card in Las Vegas on July 9, was featured prominently during the day’s FOX Sports 1 coverage. In addition to pace-car duties, Tate gave the customary call for drivers to start their engines for the race (her passionate call got her a shoutout from the day’s broadcasting team). Joey Logano ultimately won the 400-mile race .
