Josh Fremd got a highlight-reel win on Friday at LFA 89. Fremd (5-1) laid out Lamar Gosey (3-1) just 86 seconds into the first round of their light heavyweight contest, which went down at Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D. and streamed on UFC Fight Pass. No follow up shots were needed as Gosey was completely out. With the win, the 26-year-old Fremd has now finished his opponent in five of his six career wins
