But the brash Irishman isn’t without blemishes on his resume. He hasn’t lost since November 2010, a 38-second submission loss to Joseph Duffy, who recently debuted in the UFC with a big win. McGregor’s other loss also was a quick submission setback in June 2008. That second loss, he said, was his “What the f-ck?” moment – the moment he realized if he didn’t get serious about the other parts of the game beyond striking, this whole MMA thing might not work out for him
