There were chokes galore on Friday at Maximum Fighting Championships’ first event of 2014. The MFC 39 main card opened with three straight rear-naked chokes, then added a fourth in the co-main event. Anthony Hamilton dominated Darrill Schoonover to win a unanimous decision in the MFC 39 main event, which took place at Northlands Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
