He’s not exactly back to throwing dramatic highlight-reel kicks, but former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva continues to make a steady recovery from his broken leg. Silva today posted a video showing him walking down a flight of steps, without crutches or a cast. Although they are steady, deliberate steps, they certainly show that the 38-year-old is healing well from a gruesome injury he suffered in December at UFC 168. In the Dec. 28 pay-per-view headliner, Silva (33-6 MMA, 16-2 UFC) looked to reclaim the title from champ Chris Weidman (11-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC). However, while throwing a first-round kick, his leg snapped, and the Brazilian crashed to the mat with agonizing screams.
