UFC veteran Diego Sanchez boasts that a broken collarbone is only the second injury that’s required surgery in his 15-year career. From the looks of it, he better hope he doesn’t need any more. Sanchez (25-7 MMA, 14-7 UFC), a onetime lightweight title challenger, posted an insanely gross picture on his Twitter account of an operation to repair his collarbone, which apparently involved putting a metal rod and screws into his shoulder to secure the bone
