BattleGrounds MMA has its seventh entrant for a single-night welterweight tournament that nets the winner $50,000 in total earnings. Officials today announced Roan Carneiro (16-9), a 14-year pro who fought fives times for the UFC, has joined the eight-man field. Officials previously announced a number of notables for the tourney: “The Ultimate Fighter 12″ quarterfinalist Cody McKenzie (15-4), former UFC title challenger and respected submission specialist Dennis Hallman (53-14-2), former UFC and M-1 fighter Luigi Fioravanti (24-11), five-time UFC fighter David Mitchell (13-4), 2012 NCAA Division I national wrestling runner-up Chris Honeycutt (4-0), and “TUF 11″ semifinalist and KOTC vet Josh Bryant (14-4)
