SEATTLE – Saturday night’s UFC on FOX 8 event drew an announced attendance of 7,816 and a live gate of $735,000. UFC President Dana White announced the figures at the night’s post-event news conference, which MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) attended. UFC on FOX 8 took place at KeyArena in Seattle and featured a flyweight title fight between champion Demetrious Johnson and John Moraga . The four-fight main card aired on FOX following prelims on FX and Facebook. While the number of complimentary tickets issued was not revealed, the figures represent an average of $94.04 in revenue generated per ticket issued. The Washington State Department of Licensing is expected to release official attendance and gate numbers in the coming days.
