The UFC on Fox 11 fight card is filling up quickly. UFC president Dana White on Thursday announced that Jordan Mein and Santiago Ponzinibbio would square off at the April 19 fight card at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. Both men enter the fight coming off of losses in their most recent outings.
