The UFC seeks to randomly drug test a certain percentage of its fighters under contract by the end of the year, according to an official, and could start within the next three or four months. UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner told ESPN.com the promotion is interviewing four or five agencies that could carry out a new out-of-competition testing program for almost 500 fighters. “When we decide on this regiment, it’s going to be a big cost, but it’s well worth it when we do these out-of-competition tests,” Ratner said
