The light heavyweight title was on the line in the UFC 313 main event, and dominant champion Alex Pereira (12-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) fell to challenger Magomed Ankalaev (21-1-1 MMA, 12-1-1 UFC). Pereira has had the fastest rise to mega-success in UFC history. He won the middleweight title in just his fourth fight in the UFC, then moved to 205 pounds and won the title there.  But now he faces a road back after his loss to new champ Ankalaev.
