Marcos Rogerio de Lima has been suspended one year by UFC anti-doping for a failed drug test – his second career violation. Thursday, UFC drug testing program Combat Sports Anti-Doping (CSAD) announced the violation and punishment, which renders de Lima (22-9-1 MMA, 11-7 UFC) unable to compete until Jan. 24, 2026. According to CSAD, de Lima tested positive in an out-of-competition urinalysis for anastrozole, which it defines as a hormone and metabolic modulator that is prohibited at all times by the UFC. CSAD traced the positive test back to a medication de Lima was taking for a documented medical condition
