Chan Sung Jung , or better known as “Korean Zombie,” is considered by many as an MMA legend due to his insane fighting style. But although he had a reputation as a wild brawler, he was also a technical fighter. In May 2012, Jung picked up arguably the biggest win of his career, which served as a title eliminator at featherweight. In the main event of FC on FUEL TV 3, Jung went toe-to-toe with Dustin Poirier. It was a wild fight with an unexpected outcome when Jung put Poirier to sleep with a D’Arce choke. The victory got Jung a title shot against then-champion Jose Aldo, who beat him by fourth-round TKO the following year.
