Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno gave the UFC’s flyweight division arguably the greatest championship fight in the history of the weight class last winter. Both Figueiredo and Moreno fought to a draw in the main event of UFC 256 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas last December. Although he did not record a win on the evening, Figueiredo retained his title as the champion keeps their belt in case of a draw. It was a non-stop, back-and-forth affair that had many fans calling it the “2020 Fight of the Year” and the best championship fight ever seen in the history of the men’s 125-pound division.
