Ryan LaFlare The lineup is set for next month’s UFC Fight Night 64 event, which marks the organization’s return to Brazil. The event takes place March 21 at Maracanazinho Gymnasium in Rio de Janeiro. Ten bouts air on FOX Sports following a pair of early prelims on UFC Fight Pass. The card has taken a few hits since it was first announced. A bout between bantamweight contenders Urijah Faber (32-7 MMA, 8-3 UFC) and Raphael Assuncao (23-4 MMA, 7-1 UFC) was scrapped when Assuncao’s ankle injury proved too slow to heal , and welterweights Demian Maia (19-6 MMA, 13-6 UFC) and Ryan LaFlare (11-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) were promoted to the headlining spot in its place.
