TULSA – Rafael dos Anjos (22-7 MMA, 11-5 UFC) picked up the biggest win of his UFC career, stopping ex-champion Benson Henderson (21-4 MMA, 9-2 UFC) with a left hand in the first round. The fight was called off at the 2:31 mark of the opening frame when dos Anjos caught Henderson with a punch as he returned to his feet after absorbing a leaping knee. The lightweight bout headlined today’s UFC Fight Night 49 at BOK Center in Tulsa. It aired on FOX Sports 1 after prelims on FOX Sports 2 and UFC Fight Pass. The crowd protested the stoppage, and Henderson claimed to be clearheaded after taking the strikes, but replays showed the former titleholder was in trouble
