San Antonio’s AT&T Center played host to the second UFC event in a 24-hour stretch on Saturday with UFC Fight Night 44. The FOX Sports 1-televised fight card featured 11 bouts, and in the main event, Cub Swanson  (21-7 MMA, 6-1 UFC) outpointed fellow featherweight contender Jeremy Stephens  (23-10 MMA, 10-9 UFC) over five rounds en route to a unanimous-decision victory. Swanson’s win marked the sixth consecutive decision on the main card after preliminary-card results saw four of five fights end inside the distance.. Saturday’s event produced a wide range of results, from the quickest submission in flyweight history to the fastest submission by a debuting lightweight to a rare 4-0 UFC for a winner of “The Ultimate Fighter.” For complete details on those accomplishments and more, here are 35 post-fight facts about UFC Fight Night 44.
