Brandon Thatch made it 2-0 in the UFC , finishing Paulo Thiago in the first round of their main card fight at UFC Fight Night 32 in Goiania, Goiás, Brazil, on Saturday night. Thatch stuck to his game plan and mostly stayed on the feet, scoring points with several combinations before Thiago submitted to strikes at 2:10 of the opening round. “The only place I felt threatened was on the ground,” Thatch told Jon Anik in his post-fight interview.
