When fight fans tune into the heavyweight division to see two behemoths throw down, they hope they see a powerful knockout. That was not the case when Sergei Pavlovich battled Jairzinho Rozenstruik on the UFC Fight Night 250 main card Saturday at ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Pavlovich (18-3 MMA, 6-3 UFC) dominated the fight, but did so with patience and grappling. Rozenstruik (15-5 MMA, 9-5 UFC) struggled to muster up much offense and was not defensively sufficient enough to get the hulking Pavlovich off him. As a result, Pavlovich defeated Rozenstruik by unanimous decision and swept the judges’ scorecards in all rounds.
