UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez had successful surgery on his injured shoulder, the fighter revealed on Wednesday. Velasquez took to social media to update everyone about the procedure and how he’s looking forward to his Octagon comeback. “My shoulder surgery yesterday went well,” Velasquez wrote in a post on Instagram. “Can’t wait to be back at it.” Following his UFC 166 win over Junior dos Santos , news surfaced that Velasquez had problems with his shoulder and ultimately had an MRI done to determine if surgery was the best course of action
