The UFC’s first show in 2019, also its first show in its ESPN era, had plenty of great fights and highlights. But there was some controversy at the top of the bill. Henry Cejudo (14-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) defended his flyweight title with a 32-second TKO of bantamweight champ T.J. Dillashaw (16-4 MMA, 12-4 UFC), who was attempting to become a two-division titleholder. Dillashaw complained the stoppage came too quickly – as did plenty of fans and UFC President Dana White. Naturally, Cejudo thinks the ref calling it when he did was just fine
