Big-show vet Gerald Harris has called it a wrap on his eight-year pro fighting career. The 34-year-old fighter and former Shark Fights champion made the announcement on Tuesday. Harris (22-5), who’s competed for organizations such as the UFC, DREAM, WSOF, Legacy FC and the IFL, closes out his career on a 5-1 run that included a recent decision victory over former Sengoku champion and Strikeforce grand prix winner Jorge Santiago in August.
