Streaking featherweights Pat Sabatini and Damon Jackson will square off in September. Sabatini (17-3 MMA, 4-0 UFC) meets Jackson (21-4-1 MMA, 4-2-1 UFC) at a UFC Fight Night event on Sept. 17 which doesn’t yet have a publicly known venue or location. A person with knowledge of the booking recently informed MMA Junkie of the matchup but asked to remain anonymous since the promotion has yet to make an official announcement. Jackson’s management Iridium Sports Agency was first to report the news. Unbeaten in the octagon, Sabatini is coming off a lopsided decision win over TJ Laramie at UFC on ESPN 34 in April.
