It wasn’t another quick night for Bo Nickal , but he made it look easy nonetheless. Nickal (6-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) needed two rounds to submit Cody Brundage (10-6 MMA, 4-5 UFC) at the 3:38 mark of their middleweight bout, which opened up the UFC 300 main card at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Brundage threw a flying knee as he charged Nickal to kick off Round 1. The two got into a brief grappling exchange, as Nickal used a Granby roll to reverse Brundage. Nickal then took Brundage down, and transitioned to his back. Nickal worked for a rear-naked choke, but Brundage did a good job of defending
