In the main event, welterweight champion Kamaru Usman looks to notch his sixth consecutive title defense when he meets Leon Edwards in a rematch from December 2015 won by Usman. The co-headliner features a grudge match between middleweights Paulo Costa and former champ Luke Rockhold . UFC 278 takes place at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City.
