Ross Pearson had to have been desperate for a win, but he stayed patient for 15 minutes to get a unanimous decision win over Mizuto Hirota . Pearson (20-14 MMA, 12-11 UFC) picked up a pair of 30-27 scores and a 29-28 to top Hirota (18-9-2 MMA, 1-4-1 UFC) in the feautred bout on UFC Fight Pass. It was a crucial win for Pearson, the Season 9 winner of “The Ultimate Fighter,” to snap a four-fight skid.
