Both fighters are among the top contenders in the division, and if Nurmagomedov wins, he would have a strong argument to challenge the winner of the UFC 205 title headliner between Eddie Alvarez (28-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) and Conor McGregor (20-3 MMA, 8-1 UFC).
