The 31-year-old packed up his family and moved to California so he could train full-time at Team Alpha Male in Sacramento. The Cali lifestyle is about as polar opposite as Elkins can get from Northwest Indiana in the shadow of Chicago, where he was a union pipefitter when he wasn’t fighting.
