As expected, the fans went crazy for Conor McGregor (19-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC), who headlines Saturday’s card against Nate Diaz (18-10 MMA, 13-8 UFC) in a welterweight bout. Featherweight champ McGregor is moving up two weight classes to fight Diaz, who took the fight on short notice when lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos pulled out this past week. But they also went crazy for women’s bantamweight champ Holly Holm (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC), who puts her title on the line for the first time when she meets Miesha Tate (17-5 MMA, 4-2 UFC) in the co-main event.
