Filed under: Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos MELBOURNE, Australia – UFC heavyweight Mark Hunt said he’s still got a bad taste in his mouth from a May loss to Stipe Miocic and accepted a rematch Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva because of his disappointment. “The Miocic fight doesn’t sit well with me – it still doesn’t,” Hunt (10-10-1 MMA, 5-4-1 UFC), said Thursday during an open workout for his rematch with Silva (19-7-1 MMA, 3-4-1 UFC) at Sunday’s UFC 193, which takes place at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. “That’s why I’m here ready.” Hunt said he was also ready to face Miocic in May at UFC Fight Night 65, but his body may have had other ideas. The 41-year-old vet said he cut 22 pounds to make the 266-pound limit for the bout and tired early, allowing Miocic to dominate. The fight was so bloody and lopsided, many MMA observers were calling for it to be stopped long before it was in the fifth and final round.
