Filed under: News , UFC Fighters from Saturday’s UFC 193 event at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia, took home UFC Athlete Outfitting (Reebok sponsorship) pay totaling $245,000, the highest total yet of the 14 UFC events held under the program to date. In the pay-per-view headliner, Holly Holm (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) pulled off a massive upset and knocked out long-dominant women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (12-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) to claim the title. As a challenger, Holm took home $30,000 in athlete-outfitting pay while Rousey earned $40,000 as a champion.
