Johnny Case Johnny Case has been an impressive newcomer in the UFC’s lightweight division while stopping his first two opponents in the octagon and earning a “Performance of the Night” bonus in the process. Case (20-4 MMA, 2-0 UFC) has the opportunity to build on his 10-fight winning streak on Saturday at UFC 188, where he faces Francisco Trevino (12-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC). In addition to battling Trevino, Case will be dealing with the fact the event takes place in the elevation of Mexico City, which sits nearly a mile and a half above sea level. Case has been preparing for the elevation as best he can by arriving early in Mexico – and sleeping for months in an “altitude tent.” “We got in early just to better acclimate our bodies to the elevation,” Case recently told MMAjunkie Radio
