UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis could face a medical suspension for as long as six months following his UFC 181 defense against  Gilbert Melendez . The Nevada Athletic Commission released their medical suspensions report on Monday. According to the report, Pettis must have his left hand x-rayed. If images are positive, the 155-pound champ will require no contact until June 6, 2015 or get clearance from a doctor to compete earlier.
