Eight fighters received medical suspensions beyond the customary seven-day rest periods following this past weekend’s UFC 177 event. Event headliner Joe Soto , for example, could be sidelined up to six months due to a possible right-hand fracture and a nose laceration. MMAjunkie today obtained the list of medical suspensions from the California State Athletic Commission. UFC 177 took place Aug. 30 at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento.
