VANCOUVER – Rory MacDonald (17-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) charged across the cage to start his fight with Tyron Woodley (13-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC), forcing his opponent to retreat with his back to the fence and his offense stuck in reaction mode. For the better part of the next three rounds, that’s exactly where things stayed. In the end, it made for a dominant decision victory for MacDonald (30-27, 30-27, 30-27). The welterweight bout was the co-main event of today’s UFC 174 event at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. It aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FX and UFC Fight Pass
