WINNIPEG – MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) was on scene for today’s official fighter weigh-ins for UFC 161, where all 22 competitors made weight for Saturday’s card. In the main event, former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans (17-3-1 MMA, 12-3-1 UFC) meets former PRIDE champ Dan Henderson (29-9 MMA, 6-3 UFC) in a highly anticipated bout between two likely future UFC Hall of Famers. Evans, who is looking to snap the first losing skid of his career, weighed in at 206 pounds. Henderson, who also is looking for a return to the win column after a split-decision loss to former champ Lyoto Machida in February, was 204. The main card in Winnipeg took some injury hits in the past month, but that opened the door for a heavyweight bout between Roy Nelson (19-7 MMA, 6-3 UFC) and Stipe Miocic (9-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC). Nelson hopes to extend his three-fight win streak – all first-round knockouts, including two bonuses – in the final fight on his current UFC deal. He was 260, while Miocic came in at 243
