Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer on Thursday released the figures to MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). Officials initially announced an estimated attendance of 11,089 for a live gate of $2.942 million. UFC 160, the promotion’s annual Memorial Day weekend card, took place May 25 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and featured a heavyweight title fight between champion Cain Velasquez and Antonio Silva . Velasquez dominated “Bigfoot” to earn a quick first-round TKO for his first defense of the title he reclaimed from Junior dos Santos in December at UFC 155.
